SPECTATOR AND GENERAL QUESTIONS

   
What are the dates of the Show? The 2013 Show runs from Tuesday, August 6th through Sunday, August 11th.  Warm up rounds start on Monday August 5th.


What does the Show cost to attend? The Show costs $10.00 per day, or a pass for the week is $35.00.  Children under 12 and senior citizens (65 and over) are complimentary.

  
How do I get to the Show? From 101 or 280, take Woodside Road to El Camino.  Go South on El Camino to Valpariso.  Turn Right on Valpariso, then right on Elena.  The show is a the  corner of Elena and Park.  There is no charge for parking.


Can I bring my dog? Yes, but you must keep your dog on a leash.  Any dog off leash will be confiscated and a $100.00 fine will be charged.


Is there food at the Show? Yes, see Spectator Information and Vendor Row


Is there shopping at the Show? Yes, See Vendor Row


What should I wear? The Show is outside and on grass.  Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, don't forget a hat and sun block.  Cocktail attire is appropriate for the Friday night Dinner Gala.

How do I become a sponsor
(personal or corporate)?
New sponsors are always welcome.  Please see Sponsor Link or contact us via email


How do I purchase a VIP table? A Limited number of VIP Tables under the Tent are available for purchase on a first come - first served basis.  If you are interested in a table, contact us via email


How do I obtain a vendor booth
at the Show?
We have vendor booths available each year.  If you are interested in one, please email us.


Is there handicap parking and access? Yes, and there is golf cart service to get you into the Show.

COMPETITOR QUESTIONS


Is the Premium Book Out? The Premium Book will be available online on June 3rd, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.


How many stalls do you have? We expect to have approximately 500 stalls available for entries. 

 

When will the Show office open? The Show office will be open on Sunday, August 4th, 2013 at noon.

Can I download an entry form? Please see Premium Book


When can I bring in my horse? Stalls will be available for load in on Sunday, August 4th, 2013.
